For more than 25 years, the Community Care Clinic has been a place of hope for uninsured individuals in our community. Every day, patients walk through our doors seeking more than medical care—they come looking for compassion, dignity, and a chance at a healthier future.

This October, we invite you to be part of that mission.

A Night for Community Care will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, from 6:00–8:00 p.m. at Forsyth Country Club. This fundraising event is an opportunity to celebrate the lives that have been transformed through the Community Care Clinic while investing in the future of healthcare access for our neighbors.

Guests will enjoy an inspiring evening featuring dinner, fellowship, moving patient stories, and opportunities to support the Clinic’s mission. Together, we’ll celebrate what our community has accomplished—and the lives we can continue to change through the generosity of people like you.

Every ticket purchased helps ensure that uninsured individuals have access to quality healthcare regardless of their ability to pay. Your attendance directly supports services such as primary medical care, chronic disease management, preventive screenings, health education, and coordinated specialty care that help patients live healthier, more productive lives.
