Who We Are
A volunteeer, free, non-profit healthcare clinin providing healthcare services and medicines to uninsured patients (no Medicaid, Medicare or private insurance) who reside in Forsyth, Stokes or Davie Counties and have family incomes below 200% of the federal poverty level. Wwe are supported by donations, United Way and grants.
